Get Ready for our jammed packed Sweat+Recovery fitness event next month(Sunday, April 14th). This event offers two fitness classes featuring some of Bostons premier fitness instructors followed up with a recovery session with Hyperice and Reactive Sports Medicine. Lavish Living will be hosting this event in celebration of marathon weekend in Boston. We will have some fresh new Athletics apparel to gear you up for spring!

Our Live DJs paired with our live instructors will guide you through 45 minutes of nonstop movement, without any dance experience needed. 305 combines dance moves and HIIT cardio for an effective full-body workout that truly feels like a party! Come join us as we dance to our city's favorite hits in this "Best of Boston" class.
